Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

• Portugal
• European Union member states

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Portugal: 1–5 business days
Spain: 2–7 business days
European Union: 3–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
• Delivery destination
• Order weight
• Selected shipping method

Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed on the website.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, or force majeure events.

Element Labs is not responsible for delays outside of our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may deduct shipping costs from any refund issued.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photographs (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the customer and returned to us, any original shipping costs and return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by law.
